Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a nice room, tidy, neat, and clean, receiving excellent room service. However, not very impressive if you need to eat. The staff was helpful and friendly, particularly thanks to the person in charge. The location allowed for convenient shopping and dining options, but the lack of a tub for almost $400 for 2 nights was disappointing. The dining experience was fresh and delicious, although with a small choice. Overall, a decent stay with some notable positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I booked was supposed to be a single but turned out to be a double, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I liked the double sink in the bathroom. However, my room wasn't ready at the promised check-in time of 3 PM, and there was quite a bit of dust on the bed boards that triggered my allergies. Additionally, I discovered some trash left by the previous guest the next morning when I opened the curtains.
My stay at the Double Tree was a mix of positives and negatives. The spacious rooms offered a separate lounge area and bedroom, but the noise from the Interstate made it difficult to sleep. The hotel boasts a great bar with outdoor seating. Service was average, with some issues around clear communication and availability. The location was convenient for dining options and shopping but not ideal due to the noisy industrial surroundings. Dining was satisfactory, and the fitness center was a highlight.
